An Elegant North Georgia Wedding in December

Haley and Devan became Mr. & Mrs. Ferreira in early December. It was an elegant North Georgia Wedding which means the weather could be doing just about anything. The day was overcast, but surprisingly not super cold. The weather in Georgia can definitely be hit or miss in the winter months. We love every time we get to shoot at Lilly Creek Farms and we especially loved getting to celebrate with these two. Haley and Devan both spoke so highly of each other throughout the day. Their first look was filled with tears and joy as it began to sink in that today was the first day of their forever. Their wedding party were so much fun and we loved seeing them all laugh and interact together.

When it was time for the ceremony, the sun peeked out from behind the clouds and truly gave a heaven touching earth moment. And we all shed a few tears when they honored Devan’s brother who had passed away. It was so very special. After they shared their first kiss, all the real partying began. These two danced the night away, but we have to say that our favorite part was Haley’s reception dress change. Devan helped her get ready and it was truly so fun to capture. A sparkler send off finished the night and these two were whisked away in a helicopter.
