A Classy Wedding at Parkside Hall

The brand new Mr. & Mrs. Hudson had the most perfect, classy wedding at Parkside Hall. We started the day by meeting Sara and her bridesmaids at their AirBnB. When we walked in, the girls were finishing up the final touches of hair and make up and all gathered around their bride. As we captured the final getting ready details and her invitations and rings, the girls were all giggling and laughing, making tiktoks, and writing a special song for Sara (which they sang later at the reception!).

We left the AirBnB and drove a short distance to Parkside Hall where the vendors were putting final touches on all the spaces. The groomsmen arrived and were having just as much fun as the girls. We started their groomsmen pictures and loved the cinderblock wall at Parkside Hall. Such a cool texture and gave a cool vibe.

Once Sara arrived to the venue, her mom and sisters helped her into her dress. She shared a first look with her father and bridesmaids which had all of us in tears. But neither of those were as sweet as Ben’s reaction to seeing his bride. He was so overcome with emotion and his reaction was truly priceless.

The rain came, but thankfully Parkside Hall had a beautiful, covered patio with a white wall and fireplace which created a classy look for their bride and groom portraits. After portraits, we captured the full wedding party – all 30 of them! 🙂 Each person was handpicked and loved on this couple so much. They have the sweetest friend group and it really shows.

As we moved to the ceremony, I loved how Sara and Ben included her grandfather to pray a prayer of blessing over them and their guests were captivated by whole ceremony. They finished with kiss and we moved into the reception. I have to shout out the wonderful planner and catering staff that flipped the room from a ceremony space to a reception space. It was a team effort and everything looked gorgeous. We especially loved the live band and black and white dance floor.

Sara and Ben danced the night away with their parents, families, and friends. Her bridesmaids performed their hit song “It’s Wedding Day!” and they ended the night with a private dance. After their sparkler exit, they drove off in her parents vintage car. This classy wedding at Parkside Hall is one that will always be remembered.

To the Hudsons – we loved capturing your day. It was so beautiful from start to finish and we wish we could do it all over again. Cheers to you on this next venture!
